The five ingredients in Maison Kayser's bread: flour, liquid levain, salt, water and... a lot of passion! Each of our stores offer a selection of 15 to 20 different breads, all made with natural leavening agent and each as delicious as the next. Take the plunge and choose something different... you'll be pleasantly surprised!

MONGE BAGUETTE

Wheat flour and liquid leavening agent. A crusty baguette with a creamy center. A subtle hazelnut flavor.

RUSTIC BREAD

Buckwheat and wheat flour and a liquid leavening agent. Thick, crunchy crust. Brown center with plenty of air pockets; long-lasting flavor and excellent shelf-life.

SOURDOUGH BREAD

Stone-ground flour. Leavening agent and Guérande sea salt. Large round loaf with a distinctive scent of honey and broom that retains a strong acidic flavor.

MULTI GRAIN BREAD

Wheat flour, liquid leavening agent, mixture of multi-grains (sesame, poppy, millet, golden flax, brown flax and sunflower).

SQUARE LOAF

Wheat flour, liquid leavening agent, Guérande sea salt. This bread is crunchy and boasts large air pockets, making it ideal for large open sandwiches.

WALNUT BREAD

Wheat flour, milk, liquid leavening agent, walnuts. This bread is prized for its smooth, crunchy texture and sweet flavor.

TURMERIC BREAD

Wheat flour, milk, liquid leavening agent, turmeric, walnuts and hazelnuts. This original, spiced bread is made from sweet "pâte viennoise" dough, with walnuts and hazelnuts for added crunch.

OLIVE BREAD

Wheat flour, liquid leavening agent, green and black olives, olive oil.

FIG BREAD

Wheat flour, liquid leavening agent, dried figs. This delicate, naturally sweet bread is the ideal accompaniment to breakfasts, pâtés and cheeses.

WHOLE WHEAT BREAD

Whole-wheat flour, wheat flour and liquid leavening agent. Dense, brown center. Rich flavors.

ITALIAN STYLE LOAF

Wheat flour, liquid leavening agent, olive oil. Ultra-soft Italian bread.

SOFT BREAD

Wheat flour, milk and liquid leavening agent. Golden crust, soft center.
